Make the delivery requirement usable
A product price without a destination can leave freight and receiving responsibility unclear. Give the delivery city, district, state and PIN code, and mention the location details needed to understand access.
Confirm the quantity by product, grade and size. Include the required delivery window and whether the request is for one load or a staged requirement. Dispatch and arrival commitments must be agreed in the written offer.

- Transportation to the specified destination
- Site access and vehicle restrictions
- Unloading arrangements and receiving contacts
- Delivery documents and the quantity measurement basis
